This incredible cookbook was in rough shape when I found it buried at a flea market, but I loved the look of it and it made a very cool looking piece of art. Published in 1905, it is one of the oldest cookbooks (and one of the oldest documents!) in the shop. I can't believe something so fragile, especially for use in a sticky, sugar-filled kitchen - is still around after 120 years!
