I don't know what these two gentlemen are arguing about, and neither does the alien who's watching alongside. There is a small nativity scene in the foreground, with a spilled cup of fake snow, and a palm tree vs. an evergreen tree. Perhaps there is a disagreement about which tree to use and whether to stage the nativity as a hot weather or cold weather event!
