The image on this shirt comes from one of John Tenniel's original wood-engraved illustrations from Lewis Carroll's 1865 children's novel, Alice In Wonderland! This is the first interpretation of the infamous Cheshire Cat, a character who appears at the side of the Duchess, and is known for his unnerving and wide grin. He next appears to Alice high up in a tree, where he appears and reappears and provides the line: "we're all mad here"

The shirt itself is soft and lightweight, with a nice tight collar and just the right amount of stretch (note: if you're usually in between shirt sizes, choose the larger of the two)
