I LOVE old board games - and the imagery on the cover of this one is so amazing. "They're Off" was a simple race around the track to see which player's tiny metal horse would be first to cross the finish line. It was produced by Parker Brothers - (still) a well-known company that was founded way back in 1883. Such a creative and fun decoration for any room!
